Job Description
Client Editor at Cision working to ensure effective distribution of client press releases. Providing support and recommendations based on clients' engagement and communication needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction via phone and email
- Set up and confirm orders submitted for distribution through PR Newswire
- Be the point of resolution whenever possible
- Educate clients on PR Newswire products, services and procedures
- Meet or exceed activity metrics as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French required
- 1+ years of experience in content creation, customer service, or related field desired
- Knowledge of SEO and content best practices desired
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and public speaking a plus
