Job Description
Draftsman specializing in storefront and window systems producing accurate shop drawings for clients. Collaborating with project managers and ensuring compliance with architectural plans.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed shop drawings for storefront and window installations
- Interpret architectural plans, elevations, and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and clients
- Revise drawings based on feedback and redlines
- Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and standards
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in storefront/window shop drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
- Strong understanding of glazing systems, framing, and installation details
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Preferred: Experience supporting U.S.-based construction projects
- Familiarity with aluminum storefront, curtain wall, or window systems
