Job Description
Registered Dietitian providing remote nutrition counseling for patients in a medically tailored meal program. Ongoing contract with flexible hours and full training provided.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual nutrition counseling sessions with patients enrolled in a medically tailored meal program
- Support patients with nutrition education and behavior change strategies
- Complete required documentation following each session
Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN)
- Active New York State license required
- Spanish-speaking / bilingual strongly preferred
- Comfortable with virtual patient interactions
- Experience with weight management, diabetes, or chronic disease preferred
