Job Description

Bilingual Project Manager at Flexspring managing data integration projects with a diverse team. Responsible for coordinating client engagements, project documentation, and technical feasibility assessments.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for scheduling and leading status meetings, requirements gathering sessions, and other ad hoc meetings.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives and project timeline, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Documenting business requirements, processes and workflows, building data mapping template and data visualization for the Client to understand the complete flow of the integration.
  • Support the deployment, adoption, and scaling of solutions developed for the Client.
  • Coordinate internal technical consultants and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Identify upsell opportunities during the integration projects and draft Change Requests for approval.

Requirements:

  • CEGEP or College Diploma equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management; or a closely related field and 2-3 years of job-related experience in an information technology environment focused on HR systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously that often have competing timelines and deadlines within budget and project scope.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • A proven track record in Client engagement and demonstrated exceptional delivery and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong background in gathering business requirements and development of data maps for integrations, including Oracle HCM.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of project plans to manage resources within budget and project scope.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, both technical and business.
  • Self-aware, motivated, coachable, ability to collaborate with all team members.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute or similarly recognized organization (Nice to Have).
  • Experience with HR/Financial data integrations (Nice to Have).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management or its equivalent professional experience (Nice to Have).
  • French, Spanish, Arabic or any other languages (Nice to Have).
