Job Description
Freelance curator and author for developing E-Learning courses in Scrums and project management. Creating high-quality learning materials and practical tasks with a focus on modern challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop compact guided e‑learning courses on topics related to Scrum Master and Product Owner
- Create high-quality learning materials such as articles, interactive exercises, video scripts, and quizzes to support learning outcomes
- Develop content to prepare learners for Scrum Master and Product Owner certification
- Design templates using innovative tools
- Develop practice-oriented tasks to enable participants to use the tools efficiently
Requirements:
- A completed degree in a relevant field (business, information, or engineering sciences)
- Ideally currently active as a professor or lecturer at a university or university of applied sciences
- Expertise and practical experience in product and project management
- Knowledge of traditional and agile management methods
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex topics clearly
- Proficiency with relevant and common tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello
- Strong pedagogical skills and experience designing interactive learning methods
- Fluent in German and English
