Job Description
Project Manager overseeing clinical studies at Syneos Health in organizational transformation. Collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced, regulated environment to drive project success.
Responsibilities:
- supports overall project management of clinical studies
- liaising with customers, vendors, and/or investigative sites
- creating and maintaining the Trial Master File Management (TMF) Plan
- coordinating and monitoring activities associated with study deliverables
- interacting with internal functional departments or vendors to obtain required metrics for financial reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business, organizational development, or related field preferred
- 5+ years in organizational transformation (within pharmaceutical/healthcare industry would be a +)
- Project management expertise
- change management methodologies

- metrics definition and tracking

- PowerBI dashboard development (desirable)
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
