Job Description
Brand Ambassador engaging consumers and delivering brand messages for Sparks. Building relationships, conducting education sessions, and driving sales in Kitchener, Ontario.
Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with store staff.
- Conduct engaging in-store product education sessions independently.
- Report project results promptly through our tracking system.
- Share success stories, key insights, and feedback with Head Office.
- Create a memorable consumer experience that boosts sales, brand loyalty, and awareness.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years as a Brand Ambassador
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable in group and one-on-one interactions.
- Outgoing, persuasive, confident, a natural relationship-builder, passionate about animals and animal welfare, comfortable with feeding a raw pet food diet.
- Able to stand comfortably for up to 5 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and 24/7 access to a PC with internet/email.
- Full-time access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing to travel
