Job Description

Authority Marketing Brand Promoter working remotely to connect brand with potential customers and foster awareness. Implementing innovative marketing strategies and engaging audiences through various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an authority marketing strategy to establish Commerce Law Partners as a prominent voice.
  • Identify and prioritize relevant podcasts and media for targeted outreach.
  • Manage the outreach and booking process: create target lists, craft pitches, and secure appearances.
  • Design and oversee the firm’s flagship authority show such as “Legal Myth Busters.”
  • Prepare partners for appearances: draft episode outlines and talking points.
  • Coordinate production workflow for content recording and editing.
  • Collaborate with editors/designers to transform long-form content into short-form clips.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in authority marketing or PR for professional services (legal, financial, consulting)
  • Proven track record of personally booking guests on established shows—not just “supporting” someone else’s media strategy
  • Hands-on video content production experience—scripting, directing, delivering polished final cuts
  • A network of podcast hosts and producers you can actually reach
