Job Description
Brand Ambassador responsible for promoting Maui Jim eyewear in Germany. Engaging with opticians and ensuring brand presence through sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Support: Present and sell our products at optician retail stores. Plan your customer visits strategically to meet sales targets and KPIs. Identify new market opportunities and win new customers. Ensure optimal product placement in retail outlets and a strong brand presence.
- Marketing & Brand Presence: Execute our marketing strategies directly at the point of sale. Ensure our products are presented according to Maui Jim standards. Support the planning and implementation of window display campaigns and marketing materials.
- Customer Service: Delight retail staff with professional customer service and brand experiences. Optimize stock levels and assist with inventory management. Maintain close contact with internal teams, such as Customer Service and Finance.
Requirements:
- Several years of proven sales experience, preferably in fashion accessories/lifestyle/cosmetics or premium consumer goods.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to grow the business, identify and develop new opportunities.
- Professional, service-oriented approach to customers.
- Negotiation skills and strong ability to implement plans.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet seasonal and customer-specific targets and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and improve the sales process.
- Experience in the eyewear sector is an advantage but not required.
