Job Description
Brand and Creative Manager shaping storytelling, social content, and acquisition creative for InStride Health’s pediatric anxiety and OCD care. Driving trust and measurable growth across the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve InStride’s brand story across website, social, email, print, and paid campaigns
- Set creative strategy and direction for InStride’s social media presence
- Translate complex clinical concepts into clear, compassionate, parent-friendly storytelling
- Build scalable systems for capturing and amplifying patient and caregiver stories
- Own creative strategy for paid acquisition channels including Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Develop messaging frameworks and creative concepts based on audience motivations, barriers, and decision-making
- Partner with Growth Marketing on creative testing roadmaps using behavioral data and campaign performance
- Concept and produce short-form video, social content, patient stories, and educational resources
- Direct designers, videographers, and agencies through execution
- Execute hands-on creative work and contribute to thought leadership content
- Champion high-quality storytelling, thoughtful design, and audience-first messaging
- Bridge Growth, Clinical, and Technology teams
- Partner with clinicians and product design to maintain accurate messaging and consistent experiences
- Monitor cultural trends, mental health conversations, platform shifts, and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand marketing, performance creative, or content strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality work that has driven brand and business results
- Understanding of customer psychology, messaging, positioning, and audience segmentation
- Experience developing creative testing strategies
- Ability to translate audience insights, customer research, and campaign performance into stronger creative and messaging
- Ability to work as an individual contributor and execute hands-on creative work
- Experience leading creative work with designers, videographers, agencies, and cross-functional partners
- Hands-on production experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or Figma
- Fluency in Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Comfort directing or appearing on camera for interviews and educational content
- Experience using AI tools for creative ideation, content development, and workflow efficiency
- Strong creative judgment, organizational skills, and ability to give and receive creative feedback
- Healthcare or another high-trust industry background is a plus
