Job Description
Founding Creative Director shaping narrative, design, and launches for Siena’s AI-powered CX platform. Personally setting the creative bar while building a small internal agency.
Responsibilities:
- Own narrative and positioning across every product launch
- Personally create every market-facing artifact, including landing pages, launch videos, decks, and social content
- Own the design system from version 3 onward
- Set and enforce the creative quality bar for everything shipped under the Siena name
- Personally ship work during the first year
- Build a small internal agency of two to three people across design, motion, and content over time
- Brief, position, and launch products without outside help
- Collaborate with a globally distributed team in an async-first environment
- Use AI tools as part of creative and production workflows
- Set creative direction for Siena's CX intelligence products
Requirements:
- Track record of owning creative direction, not just contributing to it
- Experience making final creative decisions in an agency or in-house setting
- Strong taste with specific, defensible opinions about quality and design
- Narrative thinking and a point of view on brand positioning
- Experience building something with AI, such as an app, prototype, or mockup
- Willingness to become technical enough to ship a landing page independently within one year
- Anti-AI attitude is disqualifying
- Range across disciplines or industries such as fashion, art, consumer brands, or editorial
- Pattern of shipping in chaotic, fast-moving environments with multiple launches in flight
- Portfolio required
