Job Description
Brand Designer responsible for building Altitude's visual identity in fintech. Collaborating across teams to shape engaging design elements for various platforms and formats.
Responsibilities:
- You'll own how Altitude looks, from first impression through every interaction after.
- Define and evolve Altitude's visual identity: typography, color, layout systems, illustration style.
- Build and maintain a brand system that scales across teams without losing quality.
- Own brand guidelines that are actually useful.
- Design content native to each platform: threads, carousels, short-form video, clips.
- Own website design: landing pages, product pages, feature announcements.
- Design decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards that close deals.
Requirements:
- A portfolio that shows range: brand systems, social content, web, video, and collateral.
- 5+ years of design experience in fintech, crypto, SaaS, AI, or similar high-growth environments.
- Figma fluency, plus comfort with motion and short-form video production.
- Autonomous, low-ego, and AI-native.
