Job Description
Senior Brand Designer at Docplanner delivering creative solutions for Spanish-speaking markets. Utilizing design and video editing expertise to enhance brand identity and marketing communications.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all visual design stages - from concept to final project, managing multiple projects simultaneously with growing autonomy in day-to-day prioritization, while aligning major priorities and decisions with Design Lead or Head of Brand Design.
- Edit, optimize, and produce high-performing video content specifically for paid ads and social reels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Create and adapt static assets and edit video content for paid campaigns, leveraging existing motion templates and collaborating with the in-house motion designer when needed.
- Create scalable templates within our brand portal (Frontify) for digital assets - social media, ads, and email marketing, ensuring that they are both on-brand and optimized for performance, collaborating closely with marketing specialists to understand metrics and translate data insights into effective creative solutions.
- Design traditional print materials, event assets, brochures, ebooks, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistency of design across different channels and platforms, maintaining a unified brand identity while contributing to brand evolution initiatives.
- Use performance metrics and audience insights to inform creative decisions across all brand initiatives, moving beyond subjective preferences to measurable impact.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and inspiration to your colleagues.
- Proactively identify and implement workflow improvements, efficiency gains, and AI tool integration to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand and performance creative work
- Proven track record of creating high-performing paid social and digital advertising
- 7+ years of professional Brand Design experience
- Hands-on video editing experience—from raw footage to final delivery, with a focus on content for ads and social media (e.g., reels, short-form video)
- Understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rates,..) and how design influences performance
- Data-driven mindset with ability to iterate based on performance metrics and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Experience working with branding initiatives for a global enterprise encompassing diverse local brands, coupled with a strong background in successfully implementing branding guidelines and co-branding guidelines
- Inspiring portfolio showcasing digital and graphic design, demonstrating measurable success in paid advertising creatives
- Experience with Frontify or similar DAM/brand management platforms is a big plus
- Top-notch proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to independently prioritize, negotiate deadlines, and manage expectations
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with professional experience creating design solutions for Spanish-speaking markets preferred.
