Job Description
Senior Manager, Brand Creative leading a team to shape Zillow’s brand narrative. Focused on storytelling across various media and developing creative talent.
Responsibilities:
- refine and expand Zillow’s core brand story across B2C, B2B, and internal audiences
- manage end-to-end storytelling production from intake to final delivery
- help stakeholders sharpen briefs and establish review processes
- collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Affairs partners
- support executive storytelling with clear narrative arcs
- maintain tonal and narrative consistency
- lead, develop, and inspire writers, designers, and video creators
- manage team capacity across multiple projects
Requirements:
- 12+ years in an agency, in-house creative studio, production company, or similar environment
- 2+ years of directly leading and developing other creatives
- grounded in a core creative craft such as writing, art direction, design, or video storytelling
- specific experience in video production and narrative development
- highly organized, systems-minded, and operationally rigorous
- fluent in both story and strategy
- energized by all forms of creativity
- collaborative, low-ego leader
