Job Description
Brokerage Area Manager at UPS leading customs brokerage operations and guiding teams for global trade compliance. Driving strategic direction and operational excellence in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Set strategic direction for customs brokerage operations
- Guide multiple teams and supervisors
- Deliver measurable results for customers and the business
- Design scalable operating models
- Translate enterprise strategy into operational excellence across people, processes, and platforms
- Serve as senior operational leader for a portfolio of clients
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Business Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement
- Proven experience managing brokerage compliance operations, regulatory risk
- Track record of measurable performance improvements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., or authorized to work in the U.S.
