Job Description
Early Career Business Analyst analyzing and creating innovative technologies for healthcare at Gainwell. Collaborating with business analysts to make client recommendations and document requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and create innovative technologies and solutions for healthcare
- Collaborate with a team of business analysts making client recommendations
- Translate client’s business needs into simpler non-tech language
- Help analyze and document systems requirements and business processes
- Build basic conceptual data and process models
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the software development life cycle
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective oral and written communication skills
- Interest in working at the intersection of the ‘technical’ and ‘non-technical’
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
