Job Description
Oracle CPQ Business Analyst driving implementation and ongoing support of Oracle CPQ solutions. Bridging business stakeholders and IT for high-quality solutions aligned to enterprise objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot CPQ functional issues
- Manage communications to business units and vendors
- Participate in the quarterly update process
- Input to system roadmap for CPQ design, development, and roll-out plans
- Work with SMEs to analyze current operational procedures
- Document and model ‘as is’ and ‘future state’ business processes
- Communicate requirements effectively between business areas and IT
- Act as a liaison between business end users and IT development teams
- Collaborate on use cases, process flows, prototyping, and testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- 5+ years of process improvement experience; especially experience that leverages technology
- Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining Oracle CPQ
- Strong understand of data integration workflows and dependencies between systems
- Innovative and detail oriented
- Change agent, willing to challenge the status quo
- Knowledgeable in designing and constructing business processes and their links to technology
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Good project management skills
