Job Description

Business Analyst managing product vision and backlog for iGaming software platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and enhance customer experience through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for iGaming software platforms and related systems.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, regulatory constraints, risks, and dependencies.
  • Translate business, regulatory, and customer requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with development, QA, UX, compliance, and operations teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
  • Act as the main link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Validate delivered functionalities, ensuring they meet defined requirements, quality standards, and user expectations.
  • Ensure products comply with iGaming regulations, security standards, and responsible gaming policies.
  • Gather feedback from internal teams, clients, and end users to continuously improve the product.
  • Monitor product performance and contribute to data-driven decisions for future enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a product-focused role within the iGaming or online entertainment industry, or in transactional systems such as reservations platforms, FinTech, or banking.
  • Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, system integrations (wallets, payment providers, game studios), and regulatory environments.
  • Solid knowledge of software development processes, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value and user satisfaction.
  • Native Spanish and Fluent in English.
