Job Description

Senior Knowledge Management Analyst building and maintaining a knowledge-sharing environment. Utilizes AI technologies to enhance knowledge collection, curation, and sharing in a fast-moving organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining a comprehensive library of knowledge content
  • Help to enforce standards for content quality, structure and tone
  • Implement taxonomy and tagging strategy
  • Oversee the end-to-end knowledge lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with internal legal and regulatory standards
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics for the Knowledge Hub
  • Partner with Operations colleagues to identify knowledge gaps
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Provide impactful communications to frontline teams

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of KM principles
  • Proven experience in supporting the creation of high-quality knowledge assets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Hands-on experience in agile work environments
  • Understanding of banking operations, processes and terminology (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Confluence, Zendesk, Intercom or Jira (preferred)
  • Good understanding of AI developments and experience in creating successful AI prompts (preferred)
  • Good experience of upskilling colleagues through screen-based collaboration (preferred)
