Job Description
Business Process Analyst focusing on business management processes at Northrop Grumman. Coordinating between technology teams and business functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Corporate Business Management Process Excellence team focusing on business and technical processes related to Business Management.
- Define requirements and business cases for technological developments.
- Coordinate with business functions and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as output requirements, data, and system techniques and controls.
- Support efforts to identify opportunities for technology insertion for operational efficiency and automation.
- Assist business management functional leads to drive standardization and process harmonization while ensuring business needs are met.
- Assist in identifying process pain points, assess change opportunities and determine the cost/benefit of implementation
- Assist in tracking projects, project status, and value metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant business process analysis professional experience – OR – Master’s degree
- Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree for candidates that possess relevant business process analysis experience.
- Experience with SAP S4 and/or Costpoint.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), ServiceNow, Tableau and/or Power BI
