Job Description
Intern role focusing on collaboration with cross-functional teams at EverHealth. Improving processes and supporting data reporting in a remote position throughout the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with EverHealth cross-functional teams to document operational inefficiencies and support process improvement initiatives
- Support the development and upkeep of internal reporting and dashboards
- Gather and define requirements for small initiatives by drafting user stories
- Champion AI-enabled analysis and automation
- Track key metrics and project status; synthesize updates for stakeholders
- Conduct structured research and analysis and share recommendations
Requirements:
- Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, healthcare management, computer science, or a related field
- Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Exposure to or interest in SQL and BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Interest in healthcare operations and B2B SaaS
- High level of attention to detail/accuracy
- Positive attitude and creativity
- Effective communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for intern kickoff week
