Job Description
Business Analyst for Capgemini working on requirement gathering and solution design. Collaborating with stakeholders to improve business processes in a remote flexible environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Document end-to-end workflows for online platforms, including customer journeys, system integrations, and data flows.
- Partner with architecture and development teams to design scalable, cloud-native solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, acceptance criteria, and change logs.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in software or SaaS environments like Concur and GetThere.
- Specific knowledge of products like concur, Citric, GetThere, Deem and Seriko
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital product lifecycles.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, MS Office.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
