Job Description
Business Central Technical Architect responsible for overseeing ERP system updates and improvements at Embla Medical. Ensuring stable and secure operations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee how new features and updates are delivered to our business systems, ensuring changes are safe and reliable
- Coordinate the steps needed to move new software from development to live use, making sure everything is tested and works as expected
- Find ways to make our processes more efficient, using automation to reduce manual work and prevent errors
- Set up checks and tests so that problems are caught early, before they affect our teams or customers
- Monitor the health of our systems, quickly addressing any issues to keep things running smoothly
- Work with others to keep our systems up to date, making sure upgrades happen with minimal disruption
- Collaborate with solution architects and software developers to ensure development follows established processes and standards
Requirements:
- Experience working with business software systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar)
- Understanding of how to deliver software updates and improvements in a safe and reliable way
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English
- University degree or equivalent experience—if you’ve gained your skills through work or self-study, we value that too
