Job Description
Senior Atlassian Consultant designing and delivering Jira and Confluence solutions for Valiantys, an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner. Leading customer projects, presales, technical consulting, and team mentoring.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements analysis and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Plan and design intelligent, scalable Atlassian implementations
- Configure, integrate, and implement solutions in line with best practices
- Conduct system audits and develop optimization recommendations
- Deliver customer training and ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Serve as the primary technical contact and escalation point for customer projects
- Guide and mentor fellow consultants and junior team members
- Collaborate with Atlassian and Marketplace partners to resolve complex challenges
- Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
- Advise customers on the optimal use of Atlassian tools and Valiantys services
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team
- Participate in discovery and scoping sessions
- Design and present demos, proofs of concept, and workshops
- Contribute to statements of work (SoWs), RFPs, and technical proposals
- Share knowledge through documentation, blog posts, and community events
- Monitor developments in the Atlassian ecosystem and emerging technologies
- Contribute to internal enablement, innovation, and R&D initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience implementing Atlassian solutions, such as Jira and Confluence, or comparable enterprise tools
- Extensive experience in technical consulting, presales, or project delivery
- Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to persuade technical teams and executives
- Experience supporting and developing colleagues and promoting technical excellence within the team
- Atlassian certifications or willingness to obtain them
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel according to customer needs
