Job Description
Consultant technico-fonctionnel M365 chez Experteam, partenaire Microsoft accélérant la transformation digitale des organisations. Conception, déploiement et adoption de solutions Teams, SharePoint et Power Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients in adopting, evolving, and optimizing their collaborative practices using Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform
- Work with business teams to define and formalize their functional requirements
- Lead the scoping, design, and deployment of collaborative solutions based on Microsoft 365
- Work with Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Contribute to the functional administration and configuration of Microsoft 365 solutions
- Facilitate user workshops and provide tailored recommendations
- Contribute to digitalization, automation, and process improvement projects
- Support users in adopting the tools and provide functional support
- Write specifications, functional documentation, and user guides
- Participate in testing, training, and change management phases
Requirements:
- Significant experience with Microsoft 365 solutions
- Proficiency in Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform
- Strong understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into functional solutions
- Proficiency in workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and specification writing
- Excellent communication skills with users and technical teams
- French and English proficiency
- Self-motivated, personable, and strongly service-oriented
- 2 to 5 years of experience specified for this position
