Job Description
Sr. Consultant developing value models and go-to-market strategy for ServiceNow’s AI-enhanced enterprise platform. Collaborating cross-functionally to help customers forecast and maximize business value.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and development of ServiceNow’s value-driven approach to Solutions and Industry strategy
- Contribute to a comprehensive, multi-purpose value proposition supporting ServiceNow’s AI Go-To-Market initiatives
- Develop and maintain value-based models articulating the business value of ServiceNow products across relevant functions and industries
- Support ServiceNow’s Go-To-Market strategy, including engagement processes, service offerings, value content design, and tools
- Contribute ad hoc to key enterprise-wide initiatives
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, solution consulting, and value consulting teams
- Build rapport with stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Present to and work with sales, product, and post-sales leadership
- Potentially interact with customers
- Travel internationally occasionally
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in strategy / technology consulting, or experience in finance (i.e. investment banking)
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Strong grasp of accounting and finance concepts
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling
- A bachelor’s degree in Business or an MBA, or another related field / equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with large, complex, cross-functional organizations
- Attention to detail and ability to think strategically
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with talented and opinionated peers
- Enterprise software experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and desire to drive improvement
- Ability to ramp up quickly and manage numerous unrelated projects in parallel
