Job Description
Join FICO as a Business Operations Analyst, enhancing the customer journey in our Platform Software business. Collaborate with teams to drive operational excellence and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting our Customer Experience organization
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- Establishing operational rhythm and reporting
- Analytics and insights
- Driving strategic initiatives
- Tracking KPIs and building reporting frameworks
- Ensuring data integrity and hygiene
Requirements:
- Experience in business operations, analytics, program management, or related roles
- Direct experience supporting Customer Success and/or Customer Support organizations in a B2B environment is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis)
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with ability to create executive-ready presentations
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Proven project management abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build structure in ambiguous environments
- Change management expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
