Job Description

Join FICO as a Business Operations Analyst, enhancing the customer journey in our Platform Software business. Collaborate with teams to drive operational excellence and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our Customer Experience organization
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
  • Establishing operational rhythm and reporting
  • Analytics and insights
  • Driving strategic initiatives
  • Tracking KPIs and building reporting frameworks
  • Ensuring data integrity and hygiene

Requirements:

  • Experience in business operations, analytics, program management, or related roles
  • Direct experience supporting Customer Success and/or Customer Support organizations in a B2B environment is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis)
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with ability to create executive-ready presentations
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and ServiceNow
  • Proven project management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build structure in ambiguous environments
  • Change management expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
