Job Description
Business Operations Specialist managing live staffing operations for Traba’s marketplace connecting light industrial businesses with workers. Supporting shifts, worker experience, staffing fulfillment, and operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Traba’s daily live operations and ensure marketplace shifts are executed flawlessly
- Prepare for and troubleshoot operational issues in real time
- Coordinate with the Territory Operations Manager to meet each customer’s unique needs
- Ensure positive, trusted experiences for workers before, during, and after shifts
- Resolve worker support issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
- Communicate with and manage workers to deliver required staffing levels
- Ensure accurate worker clock-in and clock-out times for payment
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and product efficiency
- Support forward-filling and worker-vetting initiatives as needed
- Build and continuously improve standard operating procedures
- Learn and master multiple internal systems
- Help workers use the Traba app and handle sensitive, complex user-facing platform issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience at a fast-growth company in a customer success, business support, or similar role
- Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently deliver against deadlines
- Ownership mentality and strong work ethic
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with strong customer empathy and care for workers
- Customer management skills, including problem-solving, setting customer expectations, and building customer relationships
- Grit and willingness to tackle hands-on work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail balanced with swift execution
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, weekends, weekdays, and weeknights
