Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and administration
- Support employee and client onboarding processes, ensuring documentation is complete
- Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure onboarding milestones are met
- Manage and organise files, records, and documentation
- Assist with basic reporting and data consolidation
- Handle general administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and email coordination
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and checklists
- Support ad-hoc operational and admin tasks as required
Requirements:
- Min 2.5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Business Support function
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, basic data analysis)
- Previous experience in administration, business support, or operations support
- Experience supporting onboarding or internal processes (employees or clients)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
