Job Description
Remote Customer Service Representative assisting members in navigating healthcare services. Ensuring access to care and providing in-market specialized support for seniors.
Responsibilities:
- Provides in-market, specialized member support
- Conducts in-market member engagement
- Ensures members have access to PCP and specialists
- Educates members on gaps in care
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- High-volume inbound customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes
- Keyboard typing 40+ words per minute
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
