Job Description

Remote Customer Service Representative assisting members in navigating healthcare services. Ensuring access to care and providing in-market specialized support for seniors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides in-market, specialized member support
  • Conducts in-market member engagement
  • Ensures members have access to PCP and specialists
  • Educates members on gaps in care

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • High-volume inbound customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes
  • Keyboard typing 40+ words per minute
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
