Job Description
IT Business System Analyst designing ETO changes in CRM/ECC SAP systems for Rockwell Automation. Supporting ETO applications and collaborating with teams for optimal solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design ETO changes in CRM/ECC SAP based on requirements/projects from the ETO business
- Support all ETO applications and interfaces and understand the end-to-end ETO process used by Rockwell Automation teams
- Ensure consistency of the ETO process by all Rockwell Automation teams that use ETO
- Help with production issues encountered by the ETO business to resolve them
- Support current ETO applications, interfaces and WRICEFS
- Collaborate with business systems analysts and product owners to define requirements and priorities
- Coordinate with partners to understand and document functional requirements related to the end-user experience
- Identify design problems and create usable solutions
- Build relationships with all partners across the organization
- Design and implement user research and usability testing to better understand end-user needs
- Ensure that third-party applications and products are customized to deliver an end-user experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience
- 4 years of experience in CRM and ECC SAP with configuration of CRM, SD, Manufacturing, Logistics and Purchasing
- 4 years of experience in ABAP Development will be considered as an advantage.
- 4 years of experience with Agile development methodologies and system/process documentation
- 4 years of experience with design, testing and implementation of WRICEFs
- Knowledge of SAP cost accounting
- 2 years of experience of one or more SAP CRM and ECC modules
