Job Description
Business Systems Analyst configuring Creatio and low-code CRM solutions for SmartDev, an AI-powered software development company. Delivering banking workflows, access controls, dashboards, and client demos.
Responsibilities:
- Configure sections, objects, reference data and the product catalogue for retail, corporate, Islamic and private banking business lines
- Design and build end-to-end business processes in the BPMN designer
- Build dynamic case flows for leads, referrals and opportunities
- Build Freedom UI screens, forms, dashboards and reports
- Configure roles, organisational structure, record-level and field-level access rights
- Participate in fit-gap workshops
- Capture requirements from business SMEs and translate them into use cases
- Identify where the product already solves business requirements
- Build proof-of-concept screens and demos for client gates and presales
- Write and maintain configuration documentation
- Support SIT and UAT on configured solutions
- Collaborate with the solution architect and developers on the boundary between configuration and custom development
- Demo completed work directly to clients
Requirements:
- 3–5 years as a systems or business analyst on enterprise system implementations (CRM, ERP, BPM, ECM)
- Implementation experience specifically, not support or data analytics
- BPMN at design level, including end-to-end processes with gateways, parallel branches, timers and escalation
- Relational data modelling fundamentals: tables, one-to-many and many-to-many relationships, lookups and normalisation
- Hands-on configuration experience on a low-code, CRM or BPM platform such as Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pega, ServiceNow, Camunda, Appian, Mendix, Bitrix24, Odoo, 1C or similar
- Experience configuring role models and access rights
- Direct client-facing experience running workshops, demoing work, and capturing and confirming requirements
- Technical literacy: ability to read a SQL query, understand REST APIs and JSON, and check a log
- English at B2 or above
- Nice to have: Creatio experience or Creatio Academy certification
- Nice to have: Banking or financial services domain knowledge
- Nice to have: Experience at a systems integrator delivering to corporate clients
- Nice to have: QA background on implementation projects
- Nice to have: UX sensibility for business applications
- Nice to have: Bilingual or RTL interface experience
