Job Description
Channel Sales Manager responsible for managing indirect sales partners in Nordics and Baltics. Driving market share growth for Trimble's AECO division and building strong reseller relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Support strategic planning within a fast-paced and dynamic partner ecosystem
- Acquire, retain and manage resellers and optimize their performance
- Generate revenue forecasts and determine reseller quotas
- Audit reseller capability and apply custom approaches to achieve your goals
- Measure reseller performance and implement incentive frameworks to improve it
- Work with partners to produce business and marketing plans
- Work closely with partner marketing teams to support demand-generation activities
- Increase focus on account management to expand within mid-sized companies
- Collaborate with Trimble teams to deliver localized assets for growth and retention
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in channel sales management
- Understanding of local marketing needs
- SaaS Sales experience, including high-value account management
- Strong negotiations skills
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of current reseller channels in the AECO market is favorable
- Ability to travel when needed (apprx. 20%)
