Job Description
Combined Heat and Power Engineer completing warranty and chargeable repairs, supporting sales in the UK. Role allows high level of autonomy in providing customer service across Southern England.
Responsibilities:
- Completing warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns on Combined Heat and Power units
- Coordinate problem resolution with TD, customer service and other personnel to expedite repairs
- Maintain records of performance reports
- Supporting the Sales Team in the development of sales in the UK
- Delivering best in class Customer Service on-site in commercial premises
Requirements:
- Qualified gas engineer
- ACS: CGFE1 (Commercial Gas Fuelled Engines / CHP)
- Able to demonstrate technical expertise gained through industry experience
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have a confident and adaptable work style
- Full UK driving licence
