Job Description
AI Agent Engineer developing LLM-based AI solutions for cybersecurity at CrowdStrike. Leading AI agent development and optimizing performance with modern frameworks and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle: from prototype to production deployment
- Lead development of AI agents using modern frameworks (vLLM, SGLang)
- Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and fine-tuning
- Design scalable solutions that balance cost, performance, and security
- Collaborate with teams to transform enterprise workflows
Requirements:
- Experience building and deploying LLM-based agents
- Understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals
- Exposure to fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA)
- Strong Python chops
- Familiarity with deployment frameworks (vLLM, SGLang, FastAPI)
- Experience with modern LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
