Job Description
City Manager immobilier développant la conciergerie locative courte durée d’ALB Conciergerie à Saint-Omer. Pilotage des biens, optimisation des revenus et animation du réseau local de prestataires.
Responsibilities:
- Commercially develop the territory by onboarding new properties for management
- Manage the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out and guest relations
- Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-listing distribution on Airbnb, Booking and Abritel
- Coordinate and animate the local network of service providers
- Delegate property management to the ALB network during absences via the 'Système Vacances'
- Represent the ALB network as the local point of contact in Saint-Omer and surrounding areas
- Run the territory like your own business
- Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners
- Experience in real estate, sales, or other sectors is acceptable
- Motivated and able to develop an autonomous business
- Seeking the independence of a self-employed role with the support of a structured network
- Want to build a long-term recurring income
- Self-employed status
