Job Description
City Manager immobilier indépendant développant la conciergerie locative courte durée d’ALB Conciergerie à Saint-Cast-le-Guildo. Acquisition de biens, pilotage opérationnel et optimisation des revenus voyageurs.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new properties into management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical properties)
- Operationally manage the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out and guest relations
- Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-listing on Airbnb/Booking/Abritel
- Manage and coordinate a local network of service providers
- Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during absences using the Système Vacances
- Build and manage a portfolio of properties as an independent business
- Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners
- Motivation and ability to develop an autonomous business
- Background in real estate, sales/commerce, or another sector
- Desire for the independence of a self-employed professional with the support of a structured network
- Wish to build long-term recurring income
- Self-employed status
