Job Description
Civil Engineer Project Manager leading bridge and structures projects for infrastructure consulting firm MNS Engineers Inc. Building relationships and managing multi-disciplinary teams across California.
Responsibilities:
- building client and partner relationships
- pursuing and winning bridge- and/or structure-centric projects
- managing and delivering those projects
- develop project proposals (including scope, schedule, and budget)
- build project teams
- lead project interviews
- negotiate terms and conditions
- develop and maintain client and partner relationships
- train engineers in the development of construction/contract documents (PS&E)
- perform construction site visits and offer construction support engineering services
- lead bridge preventative maintenance-based projects
- coordinate with other civil engineering discipline leads and stakeholders
- manage and track time and key performance indicators
Requirements:
- B.S. Civil Engineering
- California Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
- 12+ years of progressive work experience in structural/bridge design and project management
