Job Description
Civil Engineering Project Manager focusing on Mission Critical Data Center projects in Community Development Group. Working on various data center projects across the country with a proactive design team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to undertake site development projects related to their planning, design and engineering
- Manage and lead technical work depending on scope/size of project
- Liaise with clients and sub-consultants and ensure that the project’s/client’s needs are met in a timely manner
- Lead project coordination meetings with internal and/or external consultants
- Assist the design team in the creation of sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control on own projects and projects of peers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Planning, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Strong understanding of all phases of project document production
- Strong knowledge of civil systems means and methods, materials, and industry standards
- Advanced understanding of civil engineering concepts and ability to communicate ideas to others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant design software
