Job Description
Bauingenieur managing customer consulting, project planning, and technical support at Beyer Ing.-Holzbau GmbH. Working on wooden constructions with diverse projects and team coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Client consulting, structural calculations and cost estimation in the office in Dittersdorf near Schleiz
- Preparation of offers and structural calculations for roof structures in timber prefabrication (Abbund), timber frame construction or with nail-plated trusses
- Planning and supervision of construction projects while complying with technical and legal requirements
- Coordination of the installation team and technical support during the construction phase
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Wood Technology or a related field, alternatively a master craftsman (Meister) or technician qualification
- Initial professional experience in the planning and calculation of timber structures
- Good knowledge of relevant calculation and design software such as CAD and structural analysis programs
