Job Description
Civil Site Development Engineer responsible for site development design engineering and project management. Collaborates across disciplines to ensure successful project outcomes in civil engineering field.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering comprehensive design engineering and analysis for site development projects
- Providing technical guidance on projects of low to moderate complexity
- Developing, validating, and presenting technical deliverables
- Managing engineering aspects of project schedules and budgets
- Overseeing design and execution of civil site projects
- Coordinating all technical aspects of site development projects
- Securing site plan approval through permitting processes
- Preparing proposals and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent ABET-accredited degree
- Professional Engineering (PE) License or path to PE preferred
- Minimum of 4 years as a civil engineer
- Background in civil land development within commercial, industrial, governmental, or aviation sectors
- Construction experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in AutoCAD and MicroStation
- Expertise in Civil 3D and/or OpenRoads
