Job Description
Client onboarding specialist implementing brightfin’s IT financial management and managed software subscription solutions in Ukraine. Coordinating customer data, integrations, training, UAT, and go-live readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Collect carrier/provider details and create, coordinate, and validate Letters of Authorization (LOAs)
- Manage data collection, status tracking, and communications for LOAs, accounts/FANs, carrier portal access, credentials, paper invoice conversion, PO box redirection, and invoice collection configuration
- Assist the operational onboarding manager with initial invoice uploads, audit/reconciliation, data and mappings validation, optimization results presentation, implementation coordination, and fulfilment tasks/catalog/API configuration
- Participate in implementation and service deployment discussions involving ServiceDesk, Logistics, and third-party services
- Participate in customer user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Assist with documenting operational processes established during onboarding for the Operations team
- Participate in operational go-live readiness sign-off
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models
- Agile methodologies knowledge and experience highly valued
- ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Must be a Ukraine Private Entrepreneur (FOP)
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 11:00–20:00 Kyiv Time
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Candidates are subject to a background check
