Job Description

Correspondent Client Services Consultant supporting Account Executive for client management and assistance. Coordinates tasks and escalations for correspondent lending in specified regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Correspondent Account Executive covering Southern California, Arizona and Nevada.
  • Coordinates with Account Executive on completion of specific tasks.
  • Works with CPE analyst to identify and address client quality trends.
  • Serves as point of contact for all client escalations.
  • Provides feedback to CPE and client support regarding lender pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years correspondent lending originations experience (specifically sales support and operations experience)
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and strengthen relationships with internal partners and external clients.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com desired.
