Job Description
Client Services Manager growing Supplemental Health Care’s healthcare staffing revenue through client acquisition and account management. Negotiating contracts, supporting recruitment, and expanding business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Grow, develop, and build relationships with new clients and expand market presence with existing clients to increase revenue and results
- Negotiate, compose, and execute staffing agreements and contracts
- Develop marketing, account management, and sales strategies for staffing business
- Track Client Expert Opinion Scores and achieve goals for days filled, fill rate, and contracts
- Maintain client information and follow up to meet client needs
- Support client credentialing and referencing processes
- Service client requests, handle issues, and provide after-hours/on-call support
- Coordinate transitions of new clients and client needs to recruitment/staffing team members
- Communicate about talent assignment extensions and completed assignments
- Use the sales process to overcome recruit and client resistance or complaints
- Establish recruiting activities to ensure orders are filled on time
- Maintain, manage, and submit weekly activity reports
- Assist clients with Quality Assurance functions related to providers
- Assist with aging and Accounts Receivable follow-up
- Travel by car or airplane to cover territory as needed
- Identify new RFP and/or MSP opportunities and develop direct business lines
- Present Supplemental Health Care services to potential clients
- Assist with payroll processing by collecting and submitting weekly field talent timesheets
- Coordinate with compliance to ensure talent are compliant and cleared to start and internal client documents are current
- Help create an environment of high morale, motivation, and teamwork
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience required
- Health care industry experience preferred
- Additional healthcare staffing experience required for a Senior level role
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Working knowledge of computers and software systems, including Microsoft Office and the Internet
- Internet job boards and internet recruiting experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and rules of composition
- Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services, including marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret production reports
- Ability to skill market and open new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently and with other team members
- Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to sit, type, and use the phone and computer for prolonged periods
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required
