Job Description
Account Manager managing client relationships and driving business growth through marketing campaigns. Requires strong communication skills and experience in account management within a marketing agency.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, discussing campaign objectives, performance metrics, and strategic changes.
- Coordinate with various departments to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
- Address any issues that arise during campaigns and find solutions to keep things on track.
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar role in a marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of the marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
- A passion for client service and a results-oriented approach.
