Job Description

Customer Success Manager retaining and expanding EMEA OEM accounts for Evident’s high-precision microscope optics business. Coordinating commercial, technical, supply chain, and customer support teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for established EMEA OEM accounts
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with customer purchasing, operations, and technical teams
  • Ensure on-time delivery, fast problem resolution, and high retention
  • Track purchasing patterns and identify incremental expansion opportunities
  • Manage quote-to-order conversions and support contract execution
  • Partner with regional Strategic Account Managers focused on new business development
  • Handle commercial continuity and transition new business wins into long-term accounts
  • Collaborate with local Customer Support in Prague, Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, customer data, and sales activity tracking within CRM
  • Connect with clients primarily via phone and video
  • Attend periodic face-to-face visits, trade shows, and internal team meetings across Europe approximately once every two months
  • Build and shape the Customer Success framework for OEM in EMEA

Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years in inside sales, account management, or technical customer success within a B2B environment
  • Experience ideally in scientific instrumentation, OEM, optics, semiconductors, or life sciences
  • High self-management, independence, and internal drive
  • Ability to combine tactical execution with high-level vision and process design
  • Business fluency in English required
  • Strong written and spoken proficiency in German required
  • French highly desirable / a big advantage
  • Comfortable interacting with CRM/ERP tools
  • Ability to navigate technical product discussions with engineering and commercial stakeholders
  • EU based
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Physics, or a related discipline preferred
  • Being based in Prague, Czechia, is a plus
