Job Description

Client Support Executive at Corpay ensuring service delivery and customer satisfaction by managing account activities and coordinating with internal teams. Analyzing performance metrics and supporting customer retention efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day relationships for assigned customer accounts to ensure service delivery meets contractual expectations
  • Supporting customer retention by responding to service needs, coordinating issue resolution, and monitoring account activity
  • Analyzing account performance, service metrics, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  • Coordinating with Operations, Billing, and other internal teams to resolve account issues and deliver agreed solutions
  • Preparing account reviews, customer communications, and service summaries for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying potential risks, service gaps, or upsell opportunities and escalating appropriately

Requirements:
