Job Description
Client Support Specialist managing client inquiries and technical support in a software company serving salon and spa industry. Utilizing communication skills to troubleshoot and provide resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries by gathering information through inquisitive questioning
- Troubleshoot product and training related questions
- Support and training clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Document issues in Salesforce and offer resolutions
- Stay up to date on Meevo product knowledge and internal business processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree with 2 years of experience
- Ability to type greater than 35 wpm
- Reliable Internet Service Provider
- Excellent communication skills
- Salesforce exp a plus!
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
