Job Description

Client Support Specialist at a fast-growing trading firm supporting clients via live chat and email. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues and providing accurate information about products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple live chats at a time consistently throughout the day
  • Troubleshoot client issues and research resolutions
  • Provide timely, detailed, and valuable responses to clients
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Tech, Tax, and Risk to ensure client inquiries are addressed appropriately
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account details
  • Maintain a professional, friendly tone even in high-pressure situations

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of prior experience in live chat or ticketing systems required
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to research complex trading queries
  • Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively to clients
  • Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly
  • Strong written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask while managing time effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior remote work experience is a plus
