Job Description
Client Support Specialist at a fast-growing trading firm supporting clients via live chat and email. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues and providing accurate information about products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple live chats at a time consistently throughout the day
- Troubleshoot client issues and research resolutions
- Provide timely, detailed, and valuable responses to clients
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Tech, Tax, and Risk to ensure client inquiries are addressed appropriately
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account details
- Maintain a professional, friendly tone even in high-pressure situations
Requirements:
- 1+ years of prior experience in live chat or ticketing systems required
- Prior customer service experience required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to research complex trading queries
- Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively to clients
- Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly
- Strong written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask while managing time effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior remote work experience is a plus
