Job Description
Clinical Administrator supporting Maximus’s Kansas Home and Community-Based Services program remotely. Scheduling assessments, resolving provider-document discrepancies, and providing customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Kansas Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Program
- Schedule assessments and accommodations for the population served
- Respond to phone and email inquiries within contractual turnaround times
- Provide high-level customer support to internal and external customers
- Perform data entry
- Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents
- Review information keyed into the system to verify data accuracy
- Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents
- Follow established policies and procedures for indexing and imaging without deviation
- Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 0–2 years of relevant experience required
- 6 months to 1 year of experience coordinating and scheduling assessments, appointments, or other high-volume activities
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a clinical, customer service, or call center environment
- Reliable high-speed internet service
- Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds/50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity
- Minimum 5 Mbps upload speeds
